As the Director of Business to Business Marketing for True Incentive, I am proud to have the opportunity to work with Operation Smile, an international children’s medical charity that performs safe, effective and well-timed cleft lip and cleft palate surgery to children in low-and middle-income countries. At True Incentive, we support Operation Smile’s belief that every child deserves access to safe, quality surgical care and a future filled with hope. We help to make this possible through our fundraising efforts and participation in Operation Smile events. For instance, our November silent auction raised enough money to provide free reconstructive surgery for eight children.

Smile Bags put Smiles on Faces
Recently, our True Incentive team collected and put together “Smile Bags” to give to Operation Smile patients after their surgeries. These bags filled with stuffed animals, toothbrushes, toothpaste, blankets and more, bring smiles to the faces of the patients and also to the faces of True Incentive employees.

What I’ve realized about working with Operation Smile, is the children are not the only ones to benefit. True Incentive also benefits.
