I take great pride in being chosen to speak and to share True Incentive’s best incentive marketing practices at the timeshare industry’s premier event, the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) World Convention. On April 13, I’ll be joining a panel of industry experts to talk about what really works in marketing and sales. It’s a great opportunity to share our company’s best incentive marketing practices and what we know are the most effective channels of distribution. I’ll share our best practices that have proven to increase customer loyalty, brand awareness, and revenue. At the same time, I hope to gain further knowledge from other industry experts to enhance what we do here at True Incentive. It’s a win-win situation for everyone.

Experts on Sales and Marketing
During the educational session our session will be moderated by Dave Stroeve, Vice President of Sales Operations for Breckenridge Grand Vacations. Our topics will cover such areas as sales staff recruitment and training, sales tools, sales center set up and sales processes. The convention is being held at the Marriott World Center in Orlando from April 12-16 and draws more than 3,000 attendees from over 35 countries.
